Penthouse Graça
Two terraces above the tile roofs, and the river beyond them.
Tour coming soon
We film each house room by room. Penthouse Graça is in the schedule — until then, the photographs are all honest.
Two terraces, two aspects
One catches the morning over the castle, one the evening over the Tejo.
Above the tram line
The 28 runs along the street below. High enough to enjoy it, not hear it.
Original azulejo
The hallway tile is the building's own, 1908, mostly intact.
The top floor of a 1908 building in Graça, which is the hill everyone photographs Lisbon from. There are two terraces on different sides: the small one faces the castle and gets the morning, the long one faces the Tejo and gets everything after four.
Beatriz stripped the flat back to its bones and kept what mattered — the azulejo in the hallway, the pine floors, the ceiling height — then made the rest quietly modern. It is not a museum and it is not an Instagram set. It is a very good apartment with an extraordinary position.
The 28 tram stops at the corner. Alfama is downhill, which is the correct direction to do Alfama in.

“The building is from 1908 and the lift was added in 2019. You are welcome to take the stairs; almost nobody does twice.”
